Stayntouch-Staklio Link Automates Owner Settlements for Condo Hotel Pools
Stayntouch cut middleware from condo hotel operations on Oct. 7, 2026, linking its PMS directly to Staklio's owner portal to automate settlements, owner stays, and live ADR and RevPAR dashboards for rental pool programs.

Stayntouch is eliminating a layer of middleware from condo hotel operations. The cloud-native property management system vendor announced a direct integration with owner management platform Staklio on Oct. 7, 2026, automating how hotels and management companies share bookings, revenue, and settlements with the private investors who own individual units in their rental pools.
What does the integration actually replace?
The link replaces a manual workflow that consumes hotel team hours every month. Properties with individually owned units typically pull reservation reports by hand, reconcile revenue and expenses in spreadsheets, and answer routine owner questions by phone or email. That labor cost sits on top of the PMS workload the operator already runs.
Staklio absorbs the reporting and settlement functions into a branded owner portal. Stayntouch's reservation data flows directly into that portal through the PMS APIs, with no third-party middleware in between.
What can operators do once it goes live?
The integration adds four owner-facing functions, all driven by reservation data that already lives in the Stayntouch PMS:
- Automate settlements. Generate monthly statements with commissions, cleaning fees, and expenses applied through a draft, approved, sent, and paid workflow.
- Share live performance data. Owner dashboards show gross revenue, deductions, net payout, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR per unit.
- Simplify owner stays. Owners request their own stays through the portal, with per-unit night limits or credit budgets.
- Keep the brand consistent. The portal carries the property's own logo and color palette.
Why the rental pool model matters for hotel economics
Condo and mixed-ownership resorts sit at the intersection of two competing revenue streams: hotel operations and short-term rental demand. The owners behind each unit typically expect monthly distributions and visibility into how their unit is performing, while the operator wants to keep PMS control and avoid adding a second system of record.
"Short-term rentals have reshaped what travelers expect from a stay, and hotels need more ways to compete for that demand," Priya Rajamani, SVP of Implementations and Support at Stayntouch, said. "Condo and rental pool units let hotels diversify their inventory with residential-style accommodations that compete directly with those rentals, while opening new revenue streams for both the property and its owners. Our integration with Staklio makes that model easier to run, so hotels can grow it without adding administrative weight."
Which markets and operators does this touch?
Stayntouch pointed to ski, beach, and other vacation markets where individually owned units are common. The vendor's customer list includes Sage Hospitality, Stoney Creek Hotels, First Hotels, the TWA Hotel, and Zoku Amsterdam. Staklio positions itself as a complement to the PMS rather than a replacement, which preserves Stayntouch's position as the operational system of record.
"Ownership models in hospitality are evolving, and the relationship between operators and owners has to evolve with them," Pieter Baecke, Founder and CEO at Staklio, said. "We believe transparency is the foundation of that relationship, and it starts with accurate, reliable data. Stayntouch's cloud-native platform and open APIs allow us to connect directly, without middleware, so our customers get a reliable flow of reservation data into every owner portal."
What does the pricing look like?
Neither company disclosed per-property pricing for the combined stack. Operators will negotiate a Stayntouch PMS subscription and a separate Staklio owner management contract.
What comes next for hotel owner-management tech?
The integration adds owner management to Stayntouch's stated roster of more than 1,400 PMS integrations. As rental pool programs scale and short-term rental platforms continue to siphon leisure demand, expect more PMS vendors to fold owner-facing transparency tools directly into their core platforms rather than force operators to bolt on separate middleware.
