Duetto Acquires FLYR Hospitality to Build AI-Driven Revenue Platform

Duetto has acquired FLYR Hospitality, adding an AI-first revenue strategy platform and a plain-language business intelligence tool to its Revenue & Profit Operating System. The deal is Duetto's second hospitality acquisition in two years, following its 2025 purchase of HotStats, the profit benchmarking provider.

The acquisition targets two assets: FLYR Hospitality's pricing engine and its business intelligence product. The pricing engine models a range of demand scenarios rather than a single outcome, improves continuously through reinforcement learning, and refreshes prices in real time. The BI tool lets hoteliers ask questions about their business in plain language and receive a direct answer — a function that replaces the dashboard-interpretation workflow most revenue teams still run.

What does the deal change for hoteliers?

For operators, the immediate shift is architectural rather than financial. Hoteliers have historically faced a trade-off between hands-on control over commercial strategy and turnkey automation, and rarely both without compromise. Duetto now positions itself to offer either: its own configurable products for teams that want full control, alongside FLYR Hospitality's fully automated RMS that prices in real time.

Hoteliers can adjust that product mix as their needs evolve without switching platforms, which removes the integration and migration costs that typically accompany a change in revenue management systems.

How does FLYR fit with HotStats?

The combined stack stacks three layers: FLYR Hospitality's pricing science, Duetto's machine learning platform and RMS, and HotStats' profitability data. Duetto says pairing top-line revenue tools with bottom-line benchmarking will give hotels an integrated view of commercial performance, with insight, explainability and recommendations built in.

The company brands this approach "performance engineering" — a focus on total commercial performance that sits at the core of its platform vision.

Who is the combined platform for?

Duetto states it will bring enterprise-level revenue and profit tools to hotels of every size, and FLYR Hospitality's strength with independent hotels and small chains supports that commitment. The companies say existing customers of both product lines will continue to be supported with the same commitment and care they have relied on to date.

What did the executives say?

Alex Zoghlin, CEO of Duetto, framed the deal as a capability play: "We acquired FLYR Hospitality for what its technology and talented team can do. FLYR Hospitality's pricing science and plain-language BI are some of the best in the category, and combined with our own ML platform, world class RMS, and HotStats' data, we can give every hotelier, however sophisticated their team, however complex their portfolio, a genuine path to better performance."

Lukas Hughes, CPO of FLYR Hospitality, pointed to aligned product roadmaps: "What's impressed me most is how closely our vision for this industry lines up with Duetto's, and the shared commitment to innovation behind it. Bringing our two worlds together will unlock a new phase of growth and make that vision a reality."

The parties did not disclose deal terms. With FLYR Hospitality's technology and team absorbed into the Revenue & Profit Operating System, Duetto says it can now deliver its full-picture commercial performance vision to more hoteliers than before.
