Deliverect and Yext Team Up to Sync Restaurant Menu Data

Deliverect and Yext will sync restaurant menu and location data across delivery apps, search engines and AI answers, eliminating duplicate manual updates.

Deliverect, the restaurant order-management platform, and Yext, the digital presence company, have struck a partnership designed to keep restaurant data accurate across every digital surface where guests now find it — from third-party delivery apps to AI-powered search results.

The deal connects two systems that restaurants currently run separately. Deliverect manages the flow of orders and menu data between a restaurant's point of sale and delivery channels. Yext manages how a brand's facts — hours, locations, menus, pricing — appear across search engines, maps, directories and, increasingly, AI answer engines such as those that generate search summaries.

What does the partnership actually do?

Under the arrangement, menu and location data that flows through Deliverect can feed directly into Yext's platform. That means when an operator changes a price, pulls an out-of-stock item, or updates an ingredient listing, the change propagates to both transactional channels and informational ones without a second manual entry.

For operators, the economics are straightforward. Incorrect menu data on delivery platforms produces remakes, refunds and chargebacks — direct hits to an already thin delivery-channel margin. Inaccurate hours or listings on search surfaces produce wasted trips and lost orders that never register in any reporting.

The AI search angle matters because answer engines pull structured data from whatever sources they can verify. Restaurants that maintain consistent, structured listings across platforms are more likely to appear correctly in AI-generated answers about what they serve, where they are and what they charge.

Who pays, and what does it replace?

The integration replaces the manual workflow many operators still rely on: updating menus in the POS, then re-entering the same changes in the delivery apps, then hoping the website and Google profile catch up. Pricing for the combined offering follows each vendor's existing model; Deliverect and Yext sell their platforms on subscription terms to restaurant groups and multi-location brands.

The partnership signals where restaurant data infrastructure is heading: as ordering channels multiply and AI intermediates how guests discover restaurants, operators are consolidating around platforms that promise one authoritative version of the truth — and vendors are pairing up to deliver it.
