The Henry Opens Its Third Texas Location at Legacy West in Plano
The Henry opens its third Texas restaurant at Legacy West in Plano on October 21, adding a 12,976-square-foot unit with an all-day menu and coffee bar.

The Henry will open its third Texas location at Legacy West in Plano on Wednesday, October 21, marking the latest expansion for the Fox Restaurant Concepts brand behind Dallas mainstays Flower Child and Culinary Dropout.
The new unit spans approximately 12,976 square feet, including a 2,233-square-foot wraparound patio. The layout leads guests through a full-service coffee bar into an open kitchen, an indoor-outdoor bar and a private dining room. Design cues — forest green tones and dark wood finishes — carry the brand's industrial-classic hybrid aesthetic.
"We're proud to continue growing The Henry's presence in North Texas with our new Plano location," said Emma Elmes, Regional Director of Restaurant Operations for The Henry. "Legacy West is the kind of dynamic, walkable community where The Henry fits naturally, and we're looking forward to bringing our all-day approach to a new neighborhood. Whether it's morning coffee, a business lunch, dinner with friends or a leisurely weekend brunch, we want The Henry to be a place Plano can make its own."
What does the opening mean for the menu?
The Plano launch coincides with a new seasonal menu rolling out across all The Henry locations. The refreshed lineup pairs all-day staples with cocktails such as the Shrimp & Crab Louis, Cheesy Truffle Popcorn-style Truffle Popovers and the Lychee Martini, plus the Western Goods built on Angel's Envy bourbon, loose leaf chai, orange marmalade, Madagascar vanilla and pressed lemon.
Daypart coverage runs the full schedule: breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
- Breakfast: Avocado Toast, Original Egg Sandwich, Egg White Turkey Omelette with roasted turkey, smashed avocado, pico de gallo, Swiss and parmesan.
- Weekend brunch: California Burrito, Huevos Rancheros Enchiladas, Quinoa Burrito.
- Lunch and dinner starters: Spicy Tuna & Crispy Rice, Pressed Yellowtail Sushi, Short Rib Potstickers.
- Entrées: Bolognese, Filet Mignon, Wagyu Cheeseburger.
- Dessert: Lemon Olive Oil Cake, Chocolate Fudge Pie, Banana-Sticky Date Pudding with chai caramel.
How is the beverage program built for all-day traffic?
A dedicated grab-and-go coffee bar targets early risers, business professionals and weekend visitors, with creative coffee beverages like The Rocket — espresso, toasted cinnamon and whole milk. Seasonal pours include Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew, Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Spiced London Fog. Behind the bar, the location will serve The Greatest Neighborhood Margarita, Hank's Espresso Martini and the Amalfi Spritz with Tito's, strawberry-soaked amaro, elderflower liqueur and sparkling wine, alongside rotating local craft beers, a global wine list and house-made zero-proof beverages — a format that extends revenue potential across dayparts from morning to late night.
Who is The Henry hiring?
The Henry Plano is hiring for all positions ahead of the opening. A job fair runs through October 4 at the Legacy West location, with on-site interviews from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome.
The location will operate daily, serving breakfast through dinner, as Fox Restaurant Concepts continues to build out The Henry's footprint across North Texas.
