Emerging Travel Group is expanding its ETG Marketing Hub into a travel media network spanning hundreds of advertising providers and channels, the company announced November 2, 2026. The push takes the UAE-based travel technology firm — owner of RateHawk, ZenHotels and Roundtrip — beyond its own booking platforms and into external media: social, display, video, connected TV, digital out-of-home and audio.

The economics are straightforward. Hotels, airlines and tourism boards that once bought ads only inside ETG's ecosystem can now run campaigns against audiences built from ETG's first-party travel data — targeting B2C and B2B segments by travel interest, demonstrated intent, and lookalike profiles.

"With a wealth of experience in travel technology, extensive first-party data and a deep understanding of traveller behaviour, we have a strong foundation for building effective advertising campaigns," said Anna Kladova, CMO of Emerging Travel Group. "Our expanded network allows us to combine these insights with a wider range of media channels to help travel brands achieve their specific goals."

Kladova framed the payoff in operator terms: increasing hotel occupancy, promoting routes and seasonal offers, or driving visitors to a destination. "By connecting brands with relevant audiences across the right channels, we aim to turn travel intent into meaningful results," she said.

What does this change for travel marketers?

Plenty, if scale is the metric. The Marketing Hub's audience reach covers both leisure and business travellers, plus a network of more than 110,000 travel professionals across 180 countries. That distribution muscle sits on top of ETG's core inventory: more than 3.3 million hotels from over 250,000 directly contracted properties, flights from 450 airlines and transfers in 150 countries.

The service covers the full campaign cycle — media planning, audience targeting and post-campaign reporting — which positions ETG to compete with established travel media networks on measurement as well as reach.

The Hub itself is young. ETG introduced it in September 2026 to manage campaigns across its own platforms and external channels, then extended it into influencer marketing through a partnership with platform Rippla. The November expansion is the offering's third leg in roughly two months.

The road show starts in London

ETG will present the expanded Marketing Hub at World Travel Market London, running 3–5 November 2026, where its team will pitch travel brands on the advertising capabilities and first-party insights — and look for collaboration partners.

The corporate footprint behind the pitch is substantial: founded in 2010, ETG operates across more than 190 source markets and employs over 3,900 people in the USA, Europe, North and South America, the Middle East and South Africa, spanning product and business development through multilingual customer support.

For hospitality and aviation marketers weighing where first-party data actually converts, ETG's bet is that travel-intent signals — not generic demographics — will win budget. The London showcase next week will offer the first read on whether advertisers agree.
