Ruby Tuesday Launches Everyday Fresh Meals Starting at $9.99
Ruby Tuesday's new Everyday Fresh Meals run from $9.99 to $17.99, seven days a week, each bundled with unlimited Garden Bar trips and a bottomless drink. Veterans eat free November 11, 2026.

Ruby Tuesday has rolled out Everyday Fresh Meals, a value menu with four price tiers starting at $9.99 and topping out at $17.99, available seven days a week at locations nationwide. Every meal bundles an entree with unlimited trips to the chain's signature Garden Bar and a bottomless drink — a bundling play that leans on the bar's 60-plus fresh ingredients as the perceived-value engine behind the price points.
The tiering is straightforward menu engineering:
- $9.99: Single American Smashed Burger
- $11.99: Double American Smashed Burger, Ruby's Cheeseburger, Big Crispy Chicken Sandwich, or Grilled Chicken Sandwich
- $14.99: Deconstructed Chicken Kabobs, Cajun Chicken Pasta, Fish & Chips, or Bacon Cheeseburger
- $17.99: 6 oz Rib Eye, Double Hickory Bourbon Chicken, Half Rack of Baby-Back Ribs, or Shrimp Scampi
Select entrees also come with a side — fries, a baked potato, mashed potatoes, or a breadstick — while bottomless beverage options span soft drinks, flavored tea, and flavored lemonade.
Why seven days a week matters
"Guests shouldn't have to plan their week around a deal," said Kevin FitzPatrick, Ruby Tuesday's chief marketing officer. "With Everyday Fresh Meals, we're making it easier for guests to enjoy their Ruby Tuesday favorites at a consistent price, any day of the week while giving them more flexibility and value whenever they choose to visit."
That framing is a direct shot at the daypart-gated discounting that has dominated casual dining's value wars. A fixed, always-on price structure trades the traffic spikes of limited-time offers for predictable check averages — and it does so by pairing proteins at four distinct price points with a high-perceived-value, all-you-can-eat bar that's already built into the chain's cost structure.
"One of the things that makes Ruby Tuesday special is the variety we offer, from our signature burgers and entrees to our all-you-can-eat Garden Bar," FitzPatrick added. "We wanted to bring that variety to the forefront with a selection of meals that gives guests plenty of options, no matter what they're in the mood for."
What does this change for guests?
Consistency. Instead of tracking rotating promotions, diners get a stable $9.99-to-$17.99 band — roughly the spread of a fast-casual combo to a mid-tier casual-dining entree — with the unlimited Garden Bar and refillable drink included rather than sold as add-ons.
The chain is also using the launch to anchor a military appreciation play. On Wednesday, November 11, 2026, U.S. veterans and all active-duty, Reserve, and National Guard service members can claim a free Everyday Fresh Meal by showing proof of service. The offer is dine-in only at participating locations.
Everyday Fresh Meals are live now across Ruby Tuesday's nationwide footprint, and they won't stay a standalone platform for long: the lineup will also be featured in the brand's fall menus, which arrive in late November — a signal that the four-tier value architecture is being built into the core menu rather than run as a promotion.
