RoomPriceGenie released its Portfolio Calendar on 3 November 2026, giving multi-property hotel groups a single dashboard view of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and pricing across every property they operate. The Switzerland-based revenue management system, used by more than 5,000 hotels and groups in 65 countries, says the feature replaces the manual data consolidation that currently slows revenue teams down.

The product targets a specific workflow gap. Revenue managers overseeing several properties typically switch between individual calendars, export figures and assemble comparisons by hand before they can decide which hotel needs attention. The Portfolio Calendar brings those metrics — occupancy, booking pickup, average daily rate, revenue, revenue per available room and pricing — into one portfolio-wide view, set against expectations and historical trends.

What does the system replace?

RoomPriceGenie positions the tool against a labor problem, not a pricing problem. The company said it spoke directly with multi-property operators during development and found one recurring complaint: assembling a complete performance picture from scattered sources consumed the time teams should spend on analysis and action. The new calendar collapses that consolidation step and lets users drill from the group view directly into a single property's calendar to make pricing adjustments, while the platform continues to automate day-to-day rates across the portfolio.

The company also acknowledged that different roles need different views. A revenue manager checking daily pricing has different priorities from a commercial director reviewing the whole portfolio or an owner seeking a high-level summary. The calendar lets each user filter by property and indicator, a design choice RoomPriceGenie says avoids adding complexity to daily workflows.

David Heigl, Chief Product Officer of RoomPriceGenie, said: "We believe a modern RMS should make it just as easy to understand performance across an entire portfolio as it is for a single property, without adding unnecessary complexity. This is an important step in that direction, with more improvements planned to help multi-property teams work more effectively."

Heigl also framed the problem statement plainly: "You need to understand what's happening across the entire portfolio, but knowing where to focus can take time when information is spread across individual properties."

Who pays, and what is the claim worth?

The announcement does not state pricing for the Portfolio Calendar, whether it ships as a standard feature or a paid add-on for existing subscribers, or which subscription tiers receive it. The company also offers no benchmark figures on time saved per revenue team, so the efficiency claim rests on operator testimony rather than measured results. RoomPriceGenie describes an established base of multi-property customers who already use its automated pricing with central oversight, but it does not disclose how many of the 5,000 properties operate in groups versus as single hotels.

The vendor's credentials carry some weight. RoomPriceGenie won Best RMS in the 2026 HotelTechAwards and maintains more than 90 integrations with hospitality operational systems. Its earlier Revenue Intelligence launch pushed real-time revenue insights and market data directly into partners' PMS dashboards, indicating a strategy of embedding pricing data deeper into operators' existing software stacks rather than forcing new workflows.

Heigl's pledge of "more improvements planned" signals continued investment in the multi-property segment, though the company gave no timeline for what comes next.
