North Italia Launches Seasonal Menu Oct. 14 Across Dine-In and Takeout
North Italia's seasonal menu lands Oct. 14 with new pasta, a happy hour-exclusive flatbread, brunch and zero-proof additions, following its happy hour refresh.

North Italia will launch its new seasonal menu on October 14, available for both dine-in and takeout, with new pasta dishes, pizza, brunch items, beverages, and desserts alongside updates to existing seasonal offerings.
The rollout follows the chain's recent happy hour menu refresh and comes as the Italian concept runs limited-time prix fixe dining deals this fall.
What's on the new menu?
The pasta lineup gets two additions. Fusilli Al Telefono takes its inspiration from Rome's supplì al telefono and pairs DiNapoli tomato, mozzarella, and roasted garlic breadcrumb. Tripoline Alfredo swaps tripoline for the traditional fettuccine and finishes with Grana Padano and white vodka crema.
A new Crispy Chicken Piccata comes with strozzapreti, lemon, capers, arugula, roasted chicken jus, and marinated artichoke hearts.
Pizza additions include:
- Double Pepperoni pizza with mozzarella, ricotta, and Grana Padano
- A flatbread version of the Double Pepperoni, available exclusively during happy hour
Brunch gains a Fontina & Ricotta Omelet, served with chives, toasted ciabatta, and hash potatoes.
How are existing seasonal items changing?
Two returning dishes shift to fall sourcing. Burrata di Stagione now features Fuji apple, roasted butternut squash, hazelnut, herb breadcrumb, and Calabrian agrodolce. The Seasonal Vegetable Salad combines roasted Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, grilled broccolini, golden raisin, crushed hazelnut, and white balsamic vinaigrette.
What about the beverage program?
The new cocktail list leans on Italian aperitivo flavors:
- Meet Me in Capri — limoncello, elderflower, smashed lemon, and prosecco
- Diavolo — Banhez mezcal, Calabrian chili amaro, Tuscan spice, and lemon
- Jam Session — a zero-proof option built on smashed strawberry, pineapple, lime, and bubbles
Desserts close out the menu with the Wake Up Call, a shaken espresso topped with tiramisu cold foam and chocolate pearls, and a Hazelnut Torta served with salted caramel gelato.
Why the timing matters
Stacking a seasonal menu launch on top of a happy hour refresh and fall prix fixe deals signals a limited-time-offer cadence designed to drive traffic across dayparts — brunch, happy hour, and dinner — rather than a single daypart push.
The October 14 menu will be available systemwide for dine-in and takeout. More details are available at northitalia.com.
