Arrowfly Buys Prosper Company, Adding Two Executive Conferences

Arrowfly, parent of FSR magazine, has acquired the Prosper Company, adding the 300-partner Prosper Forum and Prosper Accelerate to its portfolio.

Arrowfly, the B2B media company that owns FSR magazine, has acquired the Prosper Company, adding the invitation-only Prosper Forum and the three-day Prosper Accelerate leadership conference to its foodservice and hospitality portfolio.

The acquisition gives Arrowfly's commercial partners direct access to a concentrated audience of restaurant and foodservice decision-makers: C-suite executives, operators and franchise owners, plus the emerging leaders nominated into the Forum's 24-month Prosper Accelerator program. Arrowfly did not disclose deal terms.

What does Arrowfly get for its money?

Founded in 2023 by CEO David Jobe and President Luke Kircher around the mission of building "A Better Table," the Prosper Forum has drawn support from more than 300 founding partner organizations and now anchors a fixed slot on the foodservice leadership calendar. The 2026 Forum convened in August at The Ritz-Carlton, Orlando, with programming spanning talent development, organizational culture, AI adoption, M&A and capital strategy, and workforce policy.

Prosper Accelerate extends the brand with a three-day conference combining keynotes with functional think-tank breakouts in leadership development, finance, operations, supply chain, technology, marketing and human resources. The next edition runs October 28–30, 2026, at the Omni Dallas Hotel.

For a media company that monetizes audience access across more than 40 brands — and measures partner ROI through its proprietary Clara performance platform — the draw is a room that money alone cannot assemble.

"Prosper Forum and Prosper Accelerate have built something rare in this industry: a room where the people running today's biggest foodservice and hospitality brands sit down with the people who will run them next," said Matt Logan, CEO of Arrowfly. "The people in that room are exactly who our partners in food, retail and hospitality want to build relationships with, and there is no shortcut to earning that kind of access. Our job is to invest in the foundation Prosper has built and expand its community to more of the industry."

Why leadership events are appreciating assets

The deal lands against a backdrop of structural pressure on operators: persistent labor constraints, rising costs, rapid technology adoption and a generational handoff in leadership. Those forces raise the commercial value of forums where executives can compare what is actually working — and where operators can invest in successors before turnover forces the issue.

The Prosper Accelerator model is built around exactly that pipeline. Senior leaders are paired with emerging leaders nominated by their own CEOs, and the program runs for 24 months, long enough to function as succession infrastructure rather than a one-off networking expense.

"From day one, Prosper has been about elevating the foodservice and hospitality industry by building a better table to drive better business and create better lives," said David Jobe, co-founder and CEO of the Prosper Company. "We brought together people who thought differently and wanted to win differently. Pairing CEOs and C-suite leaders with the next generation of talent makes the whole industry stronger."

Jobe said joining Arrowfly lets Prosper "focus on purposeful growth, widening our impact and growing the talent pipeline while staying true to the mission of inclusion that brought us together."

What happens next?

Arrowfly operates live and digital B2B properties across engineering, healthcare, food, retail and hospitality, backed by its Clara platform, which gives partners real-time visibility into audience engagement, lead quality and campaign ROI. Applying that measurement stack to two conferences that already command C-suite attendance is the obvious near-term play.

The first test comes quickly: Prosper Accelerate convenes at the Omni Dallas Hotel on October 28–30, 2026, the first edition under Arrowfly ownership.
