Accor and Cityview Developments have expanded their partnership with Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan, extending the Pullman brand beyond its core hotel business into Dubai's branded residential and office segment.

The project carries the Pullman name into Meydan, a district that has shifted from a racing venue into one of Dubai's most active development corridors, and pairs serviced residences with office space under a single Accor brand. For Accor, the deal adds another asset in a market where the French operator has concentrated much of its Middle East expansion.

Branded residences have become a preferred structure for hotel operators in Dubai because they generate management and licensing fee streams without the capital exposure of owning real estate. Developers such as Cityview, in turn, gain pricing power: branded residential units in the emirate have historically commanded premiums over comparable non-branded stock, a gap that has widened as international buyers concentrate on names they recognize.

The Meydan location ties the project to infrastructure spending already committed in the area, including transport links connecting the district to Downtown Dubai and the broader central business corridor. That connectivity matters for the office component, which competes against established business districts for corporate tenancy.

For Cityview, a second Pullman project deepens the relationship with one of the world's largest hotel groups and secures a brand platform for future launches. For Accor, the expansion signals continued confidence in the Gulf's premium residential segment at a time when Dubai's transaction volumes and population growth continue to support new supply.
