Northlake Puts $35,000 Behind Chef Lin's Asian Kitchen Opening

Northlake approved a $35,000 pioneer grant for Chef Lin's Asian Kitchen, a 72-seat, 3,000-square-foot independent restaurant from first-time operators Chen and Zhiyong Lin, opening late December.
