EHM Cambodia Moves 16 Hotels Onto Hotelogix Multi-Property PMS

EHM Cambodia has moved all 16 of its managed properties onto Hotelogix's cloud-based multi-property PMS, replacing the fragmented systems that previously blocked group-level visibility and forced staff into manual work. The announcement came from Hotelogix's Singapore headquarters on 15 October 2026.
Elite Hospitality & Management Cambodia runs city hotels and beach resorts across the country and has stated ambitions to expand into neighbouring Southeast Asian markets. The upgrade is the operational groundwork for that push.
What did the old setup cost the group?
The company does not publish financials, so there is no stated figure for what the legacy systems cost in labor hours or lost revenue. The picture is qualitative. Properties ran disparate, limited-feature software. Teams executed tasks by hand because the systems lacked core operational capabilities. That raised the risk of errors and inefficiency, according to the announcement.
The more concrete gap sat at the corporate level. The group could not centrally track guest profiles or portfolio-level metrics. In a 16-property portfolio spanning city and resort formats, that absence of consolidated data makes timely, data-driven decisions difficult.
Founder and CEO Faz Ghotbi framed the switch in operational terms. "With Hotelogix, our objective is to create a more consistent operating environment across the group with centralisation and automation of key processes," Ghotbi said. "We can now ensure that our teams spend less time managing repetitive tasks and more time acting on accurate operational information and attending to guests' needs."
What does the new system actually do?
Hotelogix replaces the separate property-level systems with a single multi-property platform. The corporate team gains one sign-on to monitor group-level KPIs across operations, revenue, distribution, and marketing in real time. That structure is what lets a head office spot underperformance and growth opportunities across 16 sites without waiting for manual reporting.
The vendor claims faster implementation and a quicker go-live process than alternatives. Those claims are the vendor's own. No deployment timeline, migration cost, or contract value appears in the announcement. Who pays for training and support over the contract term is also unstated.
Ghotbi endorsed the rollout experience. "We have been impressed with Hotelogix's faster implementation and quicker go-live process," he said. "Their structured training and support for our teams have made the transition more efficient."
Where does AI fit in?
The group plans to layer AI applications onto the platform as it grows. "As we grow, we aim to leverage AI to boost our operational capabilities," Ghotbi said. "With Hotelogix, we now have the platform that would set us up with multiple AI-powered applications to drive revenue and guest experience."
Note the conditional. No AI tool is live. No vendor, function, or launch date is named. The commitment is to a foundation, not a deployment.
Why this matters for the Cambodian market
Cambodia's hotel sector is projected to grow at a 9.2% CAGR through 2028. International groups are expanding in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Sihanoukville through new builds and management agreements across luxury, upscale, and midscale segments. That competition is pushing regional chains toward cloud-based multi-property systems to centralise oversight and onboard new properties without adding technical overhead.
Hotelogix claims 12,000-plus hotels, including more than 250 groups in over 100 countries, and cites its largest deployment: over 50,000 rooms across 500-plus properties during FIFA 2022 in Qatar. Sivaprasad Gangadharan, chief sales officer at Hotelogix, positioned the EHM deal as part of a broader shift. "EHM Cambodia's decision to move its portfolio to a modern multi-property management environment reflects how growth-minded groups are rethinking their technology foundation," he said.
The claim is directionally plausible given the market growth figures, but the announcement offers no benchmark data on outcomes. Whether centralisation delivers measurable labor savings or revenue gains for EHM will show in results the company has not yet published. If the regional expansion proceeds, expect the platform's property-onboarding speed to face its first real test.
